I have established “Catalysts collaborators” to formalise our approach. I have listed those who I work with on a project-by-project basis. This enables us to offer organisational development programs that go beyond DEI and into leadership development, cross-cultural competence, data analytics and coaching.
Stronger
I firmly believe that we are stronger and deliver better solutions for our clients when we collaborate with other experts. It is through collaboration that I am able to continuously improve our services and widen our offering.
Meeting
Catalysts collaborators meet regularly to review the best practices in our field and have a dialog on how we can support each other. We provide our services separately and or jointly at no extra cost to the client.
